Description
The iconic Hong Kong-style egg tart was inspired by English custard tarts but got its unique twist in the 1920s when Cantonese chefs adapted the recipe using a flakier puff pastry crust.

Care: Machine washable at 40°C. For best results, wash inside out and air dry.
